Remarkably, Kevin Logan is saying that in a time far more inarguably patriarchal than anything you can say about the present, there was no rape culture, whereas now that there’s hardly any formal remnant thereof, we have rape culture. How exactly does this fit with feminist patriarchy theory?
By Kevin’s logic, telling someone they shouldn’t leave valuables visible in their cars is giving aid and comfort to those who would smash the window to steal them.
